One Story Barns

These relatively simple and inexpensive structures offer great value in esthetically pleasing timbered structures, loft storage space and several options for lean-to additions.

We offer one-story barns from 18 to 26 feet deep with optional shed attachments in 10 and 12 foot depths. 22, 24, & 26 foot models have a center support post. These one-story barns feature rough sawn mortise and tenon walls, with 2x10 rafters and joists.

Pressure treated 2x8 sills
Full dimension White Pine timber posts and plates
2x10 kiln dried spruce rafters
2x10 kiln dried spruce ceiling joists
Standard grade White Pine ship lapped siding
Standard grade tongue and groove floorboards for the loft area

Options include:

6 light windows
Batten doors
Roof and wall shingles
