Pitched Roofed Two Story
This two story pitch roofed house is one room deep, providing good ventilation and light from all sides. It is shown here in a fairly small form, about 1400 square feet with a five window front. Dimensions can easily be expanded all the way to a two room deep, nine window front home. As with all our floor plans, this one is flexible. The stairs can be turned ninety degrees to allow for a second fireplace in the library, the ell can be lengthened, and a covered porch could be added.
